The central location of this air-conditioned venue was great and we enjoyed brunch at Chiquimiqui nearby.

the restaurant food is great, and the breakfast offered is nice hot with drinks & tapas and tapas.

Great location near Club de Golf Playa Serena. Nice area close to Arena Center, Tapas Bars, promenade, and beach.

Arena Center is a well-designed modern hotel/apartment complex with spacious apartments, all well appointed, clean and nicely equipped. The pools are large and well monitored, and "pre-booking" of sun-lounger places is banned (and the ban is currently enforced). "Animation" (organised activities around the pool area) are family oriented, noisy, and in Spanish.The place is run like a budget airline: you want wifi connections to the internet in your room - you pay extra; you want a safe for your valuables - you pay extra; you want a parking place - you pay for it, etc. But overall it is a great place for family holidays.

Buffet meals can be boring. My wife and I tried it once and the experience was not to be repeated. Once in the dining room you must show you have the meal included in your room-rate, or you pay before leaving (no signing of a bill to be put on your account). The wine, drinks service is abysmal. Only one drinks waiter was on duty when we had our meal -- so the dried out bottles of badly stored wine came when we were finishing our desserts. And the noise! Supposedly to keep children entertained, the "animators" set up their loudspeakers during suppertime and then the noise started. It set my decibel meter into the red... And this was at a quarter to midnight three floors up and 50 metres downwind. Deafening danger.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Hotel was very clean ! Great location to all the shops and restaurants. Beautiful outdoor pool area.

The water at the indoor pool was a bit cold, but we told the staff and they contacted maintnance right away. ( not sure if they fixed the problem ) it was our last day. The bathroom got a little too steamy, not sure if the ventilation system worked well.

This place may not be packed, but the breakfast is tasty and served hot. the staff is friendly, making your stay pleasant. the location is convenient, right in the heart of things. the setting is beautiful, surrounded by lovely scenery. Plus, the cozy indoor restaurant creates a nice atmosphere. 🌟

As a family with 2 young children we found the hotel comfortable and suitable for our needs. The self-catering facilities although minimal are sufficient, and the close proximity of the supermarkets cater for most short-stay needs.

If you're not familiar with the area it's not easy to locate, even with GPS, as most streets are badly signposted (if at all). Although this is not a problem with the hotel itself, it is something to bear in mind for those travelling by car.

The room was cleaned daily to a high standard with towels changed whenever wanted and available in good condition. the staff was helpful throughout the stay. - This accommodation had a central setting in a taxi from the bus station to the Alcazabar. Arena Center in Roquetas de Mar is a fantastic choice for a comfortable stay. the rooms are kept impeccably clean, with fresh towels always available. the staff is friendly and ready to assist with anything you need during your visit. its convenient location makes it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Spacious room, with first class facilities and outstandingly serviced every day by cheerful maids. Exceptionally, very hot water at all times to taps and shower. Beautiful pool. cannot comment on restaurant; didn't use it.

Only the fact that the only general English language TV Channel was the poor Sky News and this was without sound for most of our stay.

The staff are very friendly; the hotel facilities and location are good; the animation is appropriate.

Although there are free wi-fi at the hotel lobby, the prices for the internet at the rooms are a little expensive.

The beds in the units are comfortable and clean. the location is magnificent, situated in the shopping area and close to a park and pathway that runs along the strip. - It is also near the lovely, clean promenade that stretches for miles and the Tapas Bars.

I've stayed here before and definitely coming here again. Everything was good and lots to do. - the location of the hotel was great and absolutely perfect - not too far away from a long pebble beach. - Plus, it was next to restaurants and bars as well as the Arena Center for 7 nights early June. - Courteous staff, helped me a lot.

The breakfast food was OUTSTANDING and included pastries and fruit. The location was quiet, next to beach, restaurants and golf course, the restaurant, and the local water park with the local bus from the Golf Trinidad which worked out loads cheaper than the holiday company advertised one, and had incredible views.

We enjoyed a generous breakfast with hot drinks and tapas included.
